The Operative. A stealthy and camouflaged specialist within the SWTOR Imperial Agent class. The Operative at the start of the game can use swords and daggers, all for short ranged, close combat situations. This can be achieved from the skill tree “Concealment”. By advancing through this skill tree, players are able to gain more stealth abilities to use. Although not a great fighter, the Operative’s main goal is to be concealed until they execute an ambush attack i.e. using stealth.

But players will face several challenges when playing the Operative class. One of those challenges being: the challenge levels in the game are quite high. In perspective, the Operative cannot sneak throughout the game; it takes the fun out of it. Classes who are adapted to close range combat can easily overwhelm a lone Operative. Yet, the Operative’s range is close to mid-range (rifles). This class does not have the access to the strongest weapons. They may have guns and rifles but in actuality, their Medic skill is more advantageous in a prolonged battle.

However, if Operatives are used wisely and without fault, players can comfortably continuously use this class without any hassle.

Operatives gain a SWTOR Sniper-like ability but that does not in any way allow them to become a Sniper; that is what that class is for. That class is specialized in sniping people; Operatives are not.

In conclusion, not everything is completely lost when it comes to the Operative. This class has nice rifles:
